Hot-mix Asphalt
Producers
Persons, firms, organizations and corporations who operate a
hot-mix asphalt plant that meets the requirements of the Arkansas
Highway and Transportation Department.
Aggregate Producers
Persons, firms,
organizations and corporations not engaged in the production of hot-mix
asphalt, who operate quarries, pits or borrow areas that meet the
requirements of the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department.
Asphalt
Refiners/Merchandisers
Persons, firms,
organizations and corporations who refine and/or merchandise asphaltic
cement.
Asphalt Paving Contractors
Persons, firms,
organizations and corporations not engaged in the production of hot-mix
asphalt or mineral aggregates, who are asphalt paving contractors,
qualified as bidders of recognized governmental agencies.
Associate Members
Persons, firms,
organizations and corporations who sell or otherwise make available
equipment, materials, and special services, all relating to the
production and construction of hot-mix asphalt. Special services
shall include, but not be limited to, trucking, insurance, testing
laboratories, safety, finance and designing.
