Annual Convention

The 2025 Convention will be April 29-May 1 at the Hilton Promenade in Branson, MO.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROPPING OFF AUCTION ITEMS:

Auction items may be dropped off at the Branson Convention Center in room Taneycomo B during the following times on Wednesday, April 30:
7:00 AM – 10:45 AM
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Smaller items such as jewelry can be given to Kathryn at the registration desk. For bulkier items like grills, the loading dock can be used. More details will be given at the Convention.

Hotel: The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is located at 3 Branson Landing in Branson, MO. Make reservations by clicking here or by calling 866-568-0890. If you book over the phone or on the Hilton Honors app, use group code 91K. Group rate offered until 4/4; after that date, rate & hotel availability can’t be guaranteed.

Jackets: Jackets will be ordered on April 1. Any registrants after that date will not receive a jacket, unless we end up with extras. Click here to view the sizing chart.

6:00 pm Shuttle departs for Chairman’s Reception
6:30 – 8:30 pm Chairman’s Reception @Top of the Rock Wine Event Room (heavy hors d’oeuvres + bar)
