2026 Paving Awards Luncheons
April 24: Region 2 (Jet Asphalt & Rock Co., 1251 Smackover Hwy., El Dorado, AR 71730)
May 15: Region 4 (Catfish Hole, 4127 W. Wedington Dr., Fayetteville, AR 72704)
May 22: Regions 3 & 5 (ABC Arkansas, 6 Collins Industrial Pl., NLR, AR 72113)
May 29: Region 1 (Paragould Country Club, 3300 Pruetts Chapel Rd., Paragould, AR 72450)
Important Information:
- All luncheons begin at 11:30 AM.
- AAPA will cover the meal for guests, i.e. ARDOT, Mayors, County Judges, FHWA, etc. Each company will pay for the employees of their firm.
- The Region 3/5 and 4 luncheons are $25 per person. There is no charge for the Region 1 or Region 2 luncheon.
- Those who RSVP and do not attend will still be billed.
The yearly Paving Awards are a great chance for your company to get recognition for excellent paving jobs.
There are 6 categories of entry:
- Multi-Lane
- Two-Lane Highway – ADT Greater than 2000
- Two-Lane Highway – ADT Less than 2000
- State Aid Roads – County
- State Aid Roads – City
- Pavement Preservation
One winner is chosen for each category in each region, meaning a possible total of 30 winners.
Each spring, a committee meets to go over all the forms and select the winners. There is also one Statewide winner for each category. Statewide winners are announced at the Annual Convention. Regional winners are honored at luncheons during late April and early June.
In addition to the Regional Paving Awards, AAPA offers Unique/Commercial awards. Winners will be honored at the regional luncheons.
